When interacting with CortexBit AI characters, you agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or replicate the underlying technology.
• Use characters to deceive others into believing they are interacting with a real person.
• Share content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to bypass behavioral boundaries or safety controls.
• Resell or redistribute access to the services without authorization.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected responses. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CortexBit Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
